12 pupils from Mounts Bay, Bolitho and Humphry Davy Schools joined together in a week of sail training on Rona 2, the flagship of the Rona Sailing Project. With fantastic weather and calm seas they crossed the English Channel and visited Cherbourg, Sark, Guernsey and Alderney before returning to Yarmouth and the Solent. They learned how to handle the sails and lines, navigate and did all the cooking and chores on board. All received an award from the RSP for doing of their best during the week.
